The goal of this B2B2C software solution was to create an interactive experience between enthusiastic volunteers that want to find their next challenge and companies that encourage volunteering work.
This system aims to operated in the social industry by trying to bridge the gap between volunteers and companies.
The system is a multi-actor software system that is composed of a responsive web SPA (Single Page Application) on the UI side that host the experience for platform administrators, company administrators and volunteers. The SPA is backed by a set of microservices that operate on top of the data layer.
This project is a joint effort between entities in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Romania that are working together in order to provide a borderless volunteering experience in the future. The overall project implementation for V1 took 4 months with a team of 4 people.
.NET was used as the main technology for creating RESTful microservices on the backend side
The web client is represented by an Angular 11 SPA client that consumes the exposed APIs
The infrastructure for this project is a custom build running on internal servers
