Energy provisioning customer self-service portal

Artenergy is an enterprise that operates in the energy industry, specialising in the logistics required for offering fuel and electricity to its customers.
- Concept -
From a conceptual standpoint, the goal was to manufacture a portal that would allow ArtEnergy’s customers to manage their experience when consuming the services put forth. This software solution would have customers create an account on the ArtEnergy platform and would allow customers to monitor usage data in real time and to opt for consuming other services in a self-service fashion.

- Challenge -
Technically speaking, the challenge was to collaborate in providing custom software development services for developing a multi-actor software system composed of a responsive SPA as a client that would consume a suite of REST APIs exposed by a Microsoft Dynamics 360 backend.
- SOLUTION -
As a result, self service platform was launched towards ArtEnergy’s customers and is currently serving them for configuring their own experience.
